Wraparound back cover is attached to the back of the book to place between sets so you can prevent write-through. Order forms are consecutively numbered within each book. Each 15 lb. form offers a space at top for company stamp. Detached size is 5-9/16" x 7-15/16". Paper sequence includes original in white and duplicate in canary.
