Box holds up to 12-1/2 gallons and accepts tight-fitting, snap-on lids to keep food fresh. Temperature range is from negative 50 degrees to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Dishwasher-safe, freezer-safe box assists in complying with HACCP guidelines. It is made of FDA-compliant materials. Clear, break-resistant polycarbonate provides visibility, durability and stain-resistance. It is certified to NSF Std. No. 2 for safe food contact.
