The flexible material stays attractive longer because it's stain-resistant and easy to clean. Silicon blade will not scratch your grill or cookware. Nylon handle is red for easy color-coding to reduce cross-contamination. Clean-Rest feature on the blade keeps blade off countertops to reduce cross-contamination. The 13-1/2" long spatula is commercial dishwasher-safe and certified to NSF Std. No. 2 for safe food contact.
