The Securio C18 level 4/P-5 shredder does offer a lower sheet capacity than its counterparts. However, with a lower capacity comes a smaller shred size. Shredding between 8-9 sheets at once, the C18 produces 1/16"_x009d_ x 9/16"_x009d_ micro-cut particles. Overall, each page destroyed renders 603 confetti-cut pieces. These pieces collect in the easy to remove waste container. This container holds up to 6.6 gallons, a decent amount for this micro cut model. When the container reaches full capacity, a light will illuminate near the power button. An alert will also display if this container is replaced improperly. The user can also monitor waste capacity levels through the convenient inspection window. Despite the lower sheet capacity, users may be tempted to load a higher amount of paper at a time.
