This high-back task chair features an advanced asynchronous control that slides the seat back and forth when reclining to a more natural and comfortable posture in any position. Entire back moves up and down to create a perfect fit for a variety of users. Arms adjust in height and width so they move wherever a little extra support is needed. Hard casters roll quietly and effortlessly. Tilt tension controls the rate and ease of recline. Tilt lock allows the user to lock out the tilt function. 360-degree swivel provides freedom of movement in any direction. Casters on the five-star base also enhance mobility. Pneumatic seat-height adjustment moves the seat up and down from 18-3/4" x 22-3/4" to adapt to various body heights. Seat measures 19-7/8" wide x 17-1/8" deep. Back size is 20-1/8" wide x 23-5/8" high. Weight capacity is 250 lb.
