Product Description
The Skullerz 8977LED Type 2 Safety Helmet with LED light is a Class C Safety Helmet with a 6-point suspension and an EPS foam interior halo for all-around impact protection. It provides heavy-duty yet lightweight and comfortable head protection designed to shield the front, back, top and sides of the head from falls, dropped objects or bumping into stationary objects. Compared to 4-point suspension systems, the 6-point suspension better disperses the force of an impact. Adjustable venting and flexible open frame with 6-point suspension improves air circulation. Compact helmet design improves visibility. Chin strap ensures the helmet remains secure to the wearer's head upon impact or during sudden movement such as a slip, trip or fall. Safety helmet meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019), Type 2, Class C requirements. Suspension and shell design of this helmet provides added side, front and back protection compared to an ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) Type 1 requirements.
