Footrest helps to reduce fatigue by encouraging the movement of your feet and legs while sitting or standing. Designed for use with height-adjustable desks, it features two different positions: rocking to move your feet back and forth while sitting and stationary to place both feet on while sitting, or one foot at a time while standing. A built in toe-lift and carrying strap make it easy to change positions of the footrest or to move it around. Strap can also be used to hang footrest when not in use.
