Our 1, 2, or 3-Year OnSite/Express Repair Plans offer service at your home or office OR depot repair service at an authorized service center and all shipping charges are covered!

Our 1 or 2 Year Extended Replacement Plans are available for many products less than $500 and provide a product replacement if yours becomes defective!

What are the benefits of the Onsite Repair Plan?
Onsite Extended Repair Plans provide repair service in the convenience of your home or office by an authorized service provider. 1, 2 and 3-year Plans are available for items priced $500 or more. OnSite Repair Plans are typically for PC's, Servers; CRT TV larger than 27"; Flat Panel TV larger than 30” and Items weighing more than 70 pounds or where the Plan administrator determines such service should be rendered.

What are the benefits of an Express Repair Plan?
1 and 2-year Express Repair Plans are available for products priced $500 or more that weigh less than 70 pounds. If your product is covered by an Express Repair Plan, we will provide you with a box to pack and ship the defective item to an authorized repair center. Your product will be shipped back to you once the repairs are complete. All shipping and insurance costs are covered.

What are the benefits of a Product Replacement Plan?
1 or 2 Year Product Replacement Plans are available for eligible products priced below $500 and provide for a replacement if your product fails to operate for any covered reason. If a comparable product is not available, you will receive a check for your product’s original purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping.

Does the Plan include screen coverage for Laptop/Notebooks?***
Extended Protection Plans cover all authorized labor and replacement parts necessary to replace your laptop screen should it become inoperable up to two times during the term of the Contract. For Pixel Repair, the Plan provides pixel repair based on the manufacturer’s guidelines. back to top

***Under no circumstances will any repair related to damaged equipment be covered.

What happens if my product is beyond repair?
If the Authorized Service Center deems that the item is beyond economical repair, the item will be replaced with the same or equivalent model. A buyout may also be issued at the Administrator’s discretion.

How quickly can I expect to receive service?
The On-Site service calls are scheduled between 9:00AM and 6:00PM, local time and you can expect a return call from a factory authorized On-Site service representative soon after the initial request for service.

When your repair requires Express Shipping, most shippable repairs are completed and the units are returned to you within 8 days.

Who performs the service?
Service and repair is performed by a select group of Authorized Servicers.

When does coverage begin?
The term of the Plan begins when the manufacturer's labor warranty expires. All OnSite/Express Repair Plans include Power Surge Protection during the Plan term.

Are Extended Protection Plans Transferable?
The Extended Protection Plan can be transferred to a new owner at no charge in writing and by calling the toll-free Service Plan Support Line at 1-866-473-6363.

What products can be covered?
Most hardware products featured at Super Warehouse are eligible for an Extended Protection Plan. Ask your Super Warehouse sales representative for details or look for the Plan Offers online.

When will I receive a contract?
You will receive an email or hard copy containing a Protection Plan Contract Number and the Terms and Conditions information within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

What information do I need to request service?
You should have a copy of your original invoice and your Service Contract number ready.

Can I cancel the Protection Plan?
An Extended Protection plan can be canceled within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund as long as no claims have been paid or the covered product has not been replaced. Specific State conditions may apply. See Terms and Conditions for details. Canceling a Service Plan requires you to call the toll-free Protection Plan Support Line.
