It offers 22 PPM (letter) and 21 PPM (legal) print speed and a first copy out time of less than 9 seconds. Full duplexing capabilities are standard in copy and print modes. The WorkCentre M20 is a digital copier/printer with color scanning functionality. The WorkCentre M20 has print and copy resolutions of up to 1,200 dpi and a scan resolution of 600 by 600 dpi, with 4,800 dpi interpolated resolution.
