The Western Digital Dual-option is an external hard drive with both Hi-Speed USB 2.0 and FireWire interfaces. Ideal for backing up valuable data, music, photos and movies; this drive has USB front and rear ports, a front-mounted power button with a Safe Shutdown feature. The dual-option backup button allows users to choose how and when to back up data, either automatically or when they deem necessary. The device can be position horizontally or vertically. It includes Dantz Retrospect Express Backup software and has a Fluid Dynamic Bearing motor for silent operation.

WD's replacement Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts.
