Easy to Set Up and Use
Just install the software, plug the Patriot 9650 into your computer's USB port and you are ready to scan! There is no need to open the computer to install an interface card, or worry about IRQs, DMAs, SCSI Ids or other settings.
Retrieve
SimpleSearch engine allows you to locate documents based on content, keywords, title, comments or creator. Background indexing uses PaperPort's built-in OCR engine to add every word in a document to the search database.
Edit
Drag and drop scanned documents on the word processor link at the bottom of the PaperPort Deluxe desktop and the included Nuance Paperport software automatically converts them into editable text.
