With depot express option, your notebook is shipped to Toshiba's state of the art depot repair center, where it is typically repaired the same day it is received, and returned you via overnight delivery. Shipping and box provided by Toshiba. Or, you can choose carry in express option, and your notebook is typically repaired by the next business day at any of Toshiba's Premier Authorized Service Providers. This service covers all Toshiba notebooks with a three (3) year standard warranty. Must be purchased within the first 30 days of product purchase. ServiceExpress carry in option is only available at a Toshiba Premier Authorized Service Provider (ASP). A list of Premier ASP's is available at www.pcsupport.toshiba.com. Available for all Toshiba notebooks with a one (1) year standard warranty. The term of the program begins on the original purchase date of your notebook.
