Details: TallyGenicom warrants the Printer to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase from TallyGenicom or its authorized distributors . On Site Travel is covered for the 1st 90 days. On-Site Service consists of Product repair at the customer site, and includes parts, labor and travel expenses (except that the customer may be charged for travel expenses to locations that are more than 150 miles from the service provider's facility).
