Fast, Quality Printing. The LG Series builds on the reputation of our 6300 and T6200 Standard Series line matrix printers, adding plug-in compatibility with DEC and Compaq systems. The LG Series offers the same advanced set of features found in the 6300 and T6200 Standard Series: Auto Gap, Auto Form Profiling, SmartRibbon, extensive connectivity options, compatibility with wide range of host systems.
Superior Paper Handling Performance. The LGe06, LGL06, LGe12 and LGL12 are the first and only line printers to offer Auto-Gap which simplifies operator set-up and printer use by setting the optimum print gap based on the form thickness. Other models in the LG Series offer an easy to use manual print gap setting. All LG Series printers handle single to six-part continuous forms with ease.
SmartRibbon Technology. The patented TallyGenicom SmartRibbonTM, available on the LGe12, LGi12, LGL12, LGi15 and LGi18 models, ensures a uniformly high contrast over the ribbon's life – the last form looks as good as the first. This long-life ribbon cartridge significantly reduces user intervention and increases productivity.
Complies With Industry Standards For Open Systems. For true open systems printing with workstations, mainframes and PC applications, the LG series supports a variety of printing languages and protocols including DEC ANSI, IBM® Proprinter® and Epson®, as well as VGL and PGL. Equipped with a high-performance RS-232/RS-422 serial port and an IEEE 1284 parallel interface, the LG series printers work in Windows®, OpenVMS and Tru64 UNIX® environments. Additionally, the mission-critical applications of the LG series printers can be distributed over a Local Area Network (LAN).
Models For Virtually Any Environment. The enclosed cabinet model LG printers are well-suited for longer, unattended print runs in areas where equipment operation must be as unobtrusive as possible. The lower-cost pedestal models are perfect for shorter batch jobs in which quick and easy access to printer output is needed. Warranty Length: One Year Parts and Labor, 90 Days On Site
Details: TallyGenicom warrants the Printer to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase from TallyGenicom or its authorized distributors . In the event that the Product proves defective during the Warranty Period, TallyGenicom or its authorized service provider will provide one of the following types of warranty service: (i) "On-Site Service" for defects reported within the first ninety (90) days of the Warranty Period, (ii) "Parts Exchange Service" for defects reported during the remaining nine (9) months of the Warranty Period. On-Site Service consists of Product repair at the customer site, and includes parts, labor and travel expenses (except that the customer may be charged for travel expenses to locations that are more than 150 miles from the service provider's facility).
