Length: Manufacturer One Year Limited Warranty (First 90 Days On Site)
Details: TallyGenicom warrants the Printer to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase from TallyGenicom or its authorized distributors . In the event that the Product proves defective during the Warranty Period, TallyGenicom or its authorized service provider will provide one of the following types of warranty service: (i) "On-Site Service" for defects reported within the first ninety (90) days of the Warranty Period, (ii) "Parts Exchange Service" for defects reported during the remaining nine (9) months of the Warranty Period. On-Site Service consists of Product repair at the customer site, and includes parts, labor and travel expenses (except that the customer may be charged for travel expenses to locations that are more than 150 miles from the service provider's facility).
