Details: In the event that the Product proves defective during the Warranty Period, TallyGenicom or its authorized service provider will provide "On-Site Service" for defects reported during the Warranty Period. On-Site Service consists of Product repair at the customer site, and includes parts, labor and travel expenses (except that the customer may be charged for travel expenses to locations that are more than 100 miles from the service provider's facility).
