• Ricoh’s SmartNetMonitor printer utility provides constant status updates of the printers available on the network from your PC. Users can know exactly when a document is .nished printing, or if there is a problem that prevents the printer from completing the document.
• Print jobs can be re-directed from the default printer to an alternate printer if there is a problem during printing, thus ensuring you get your printed document.
