This was the first cartridge replaced on my brand new printer, and after 20 pages, the black text became gray. Ricoh tech support walked me through the check list, replaced the drum under warranty, but still got gray print . They are replacing the printer, since there may be a flow problem, but I am concerned that there may be flow problem with the cartridge itself, and am interested to know if others have run into this.
