Now customizing your Peachtree data in Excel is expanded! Peachtree 2007 has been enhanced to provide more robust options when exporting data from Peachtree reports into Excel. Data exported from Peachtree not only will include the formulas for calculated values and data formatting but it will also include an option to retain freeze pane, auto-filtering and report headers.

Peachtree 2007 offers you the ability to sort and search on lists on customers & vendors as well as transactions such as invoices and payments. Simply click on an entry, on a list, and all of the information pertaining to it will be displayed. With this release, 25 different types of lists are readily accessible for you.

Recurring Transactions w/ Year End Rollover
Set up transactions once and do not worry, even those which may repeat after your open fiscal periods. Peachtree will remember these transactions automatically for you. You set how often and when these recurring transactions should happen and Peachtree will do the rest.

Comparative Budget Spreadsheet Creator
Easily compare your actual financials against a budget with a new, easier way to create budgets in Peachtree 2007. Your new Peachtree budgets look and act like a spreadsheet, so you save time and avoid mistakes by not having to re-key budget data into other applications. Enter budgets in a spreadsheet view, create one from actual financials or if you prefer import your Excel spreadsheet into Peachtree. Now have your budget tied directly back into your transactions in Peachtree so you can compare between the past, the present and future budgets.

Enhanced AP Cash Requirements Report
You will now be provided with more filtering options so you can select the right bills to pay. Filter invoices that need to be paid by due date, amount due, discounts to take, and more. The updated report will make it easy for you to see what you owe and how much money you need to pay your bills on any given day.

Outlook Contact Synchronization
Enter in contact information in either Peachtree or Outlook on your vendors, customers, or employees and the contact information will be synchronized between the two applications. You only have to enter contact information once to have it available in both Peachtree and Outlook. An ongoing synchronization process within Peachtree 2007 will automatically keep your contact information in both applications up to date.

Print-N-Sign Tax Forms
No longer waste time and money trying to align your tax forms^* into your printer and hoping all the data fields align. Peachtree 2007 Print-N-Sign Tax Forms makes it easier. It's so easy because the form layout and all the data resides within Peachtree and will be printed on ordinary plain paper. Plus it includes over 180 state forms for all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. All forms, state and federal, can be printed onto blank paper which can save you money from having to purchase pre-printed payroll tax forms. Just review it, print it, sign it, and mail it. It's that easy.

Business Status Center
Monitor your business in one place using a new integrated view of key measurements and indicators. Find information relating to account balances, who owes you what and what bills you need to pay, and who are your most profitable customers to gain greater insight to help make more effective decisions all in one place. If you need to report back to a business owner, the Business Status Center can easily be printed out or a pdf created and e-mailed to easily share the information on how the business is performing.

Change Job IDs
Change the assigned lookup IDs for Jobs, Phase and Cost Codes at any time even after you have used them within Peachtree. This allows you to make necessary edits to existing IDs without having to start all over and better matches your business needs.
