We rarely have to change the print units. I think maybe only once per color in the five plus years we've had the Konica-Minolta Magicolor 7300. It's really easy to do because they send an installation guide with each unit that shows in pictures how to do it. When you're done installing the new cartridge, you can return the old one in the same box, and they even pay the postage with UPS. We're really happy with the system.
