If Konica Minolta receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Konica Minolta will, at its option, either repair or replace products which prove to be defective. Konica Minolta reserves the right to provide a new or refurbished replacement Product, and/or accompanying Consumable(s), and/or Accessory Item(s), as part of this Exchange. The replacement Product that you receive will be covered by the balance of the limited warranty period remaining on the original Product you purchased or 90 days, whichever period is greater.
