The Microtek Scan-in-Dex 1000 Business Card Scanner turns a collection of business cards into a database of electronic contact information.  Just feed your business card into the scanner, and in 8 seconds the card is scanned and the software fills in the contact fields in the database. The Scan-in-Dex software allows you to drag and drop into calendars, and with assigned categories finding what you need will be a snap.  Use this information in a variety of computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express and export data to PDAs and cellular phone via infrared transmission.  Powered by USB cable and small enough to fit in the palm of your hand the Scan-in-Dex is great for travel and you'll never find yourself shuffling through a stack of business cards again.
