Details:Micro Solutions, Inc. (“MSI”) warrants to the original purchaser of its hardware that the hardware is free from defects in workmanship and material, when operated under normal conditions and in accordance with the instructions that accompany the product. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the hardware and is not transferable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this is your exclusive remedy for any defect in any hardware. This express warranty shall be in effect for a period of one (1) year from the date the hardware was purchased by the consumer or first user whichever is sooner.
