The Magellan Explorist 210 builds on the excellent GPS functions of the 100 and 200 units by increasing the memory and adding a USB PC interface connection for additional access to map data. The easy to use and easy to read GPS unit includes a large display, one button access to critical features, and intuitive operation with keypad and joystick controls. The 210 includes 22 MB of available memory, and four navigational screens. All of the features are supported with TruFix Technology, which allows the unit to take advantage of 14 parallel channels in coordination with WAAS and EGNOS Satellite-Based Augmentation System, which provides fast signal acquisition, minimal signal loss and reliable accuracy within 3 meters.
