Coverage: If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support Center. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved over the phone, Lexmark will air express an exchange printer to you within two business days. If you prefer, your printer may be repaired and returned, rather than exchanged. In either case, Lexmark pays for the shipping charges.
