baught this as a replacement for an older lexmark that no longer had driver support. This printer seemed to have everything we needed, until we needed it. EVERY time I have needed to use this printer it has failed. Put in new ink, you need to order a new driver head that they neglecedt to tell you was defective. Run out of paper, put more in and it jams. Want to scan to computer, put in a pin that you never set up. Want to print through WIFI, have a customer serive agent access your home computer remotely and spend over half an hour to set it up, and it still doesn't work. After all of this, hours of service calls, when I finally do get it to print the quailty is awfull. Do yourself a favor, buy something else
