If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support Center at 1.888.LEXMARK (1.888.539.6275) or Submit a Support Request via the Web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem.If your problem cannot be resolved, we will dispatch a Lexmark trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) to set up the exchange printer that will be shipped to your site. By purchasing a LexOnSite Exchange extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site exchange during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry in product, then you will be required to purchase a LexOnSite Exchange Upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased.
*Note: Available in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, LexExpress and LexOnSite extended warranties can be purchased in one to four year extensions -- for up to five years of coverage from date of printer purchase. Extended warranties must be purchased before the previous warranty expires.
