I have had a Konica Minolta 2400w for over 4 yrs. now and I have been absolutly thrilled with the results. I am a real estate broker and I use this for all of the flyers on my homes for sale plus my marketing material. It is very dependable, the colors are great and the toner cartidges last a long time. Best of all is the support staff at Konica Minolta. I have called them long after the warranty time is up and they have walked me thru any problem solving and even to the point of taking the machine apart to clean and how to install a needed part. I also have an HP printer plus Palm products and after 90 days both co's want to charge you $30-40 or so just to answer any question or solve any problem- this is after I am spending $$ for their toners!! K-M is a breath of fresh air being willing to help at NO CHARGE I will be upgrading to another color laser jet printer soon and it will be another Konica Minolta. [...]
