In addition to the printer's original warranty, Konica Minolta warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship for an additional one year. These extended warranty plans begin at the end of the printer's existing warranty. With an Extended Exchange Warranty, Konica Minolta will send a permanent replacement unit if your product is determined to be defective. Replacement parts and products (where applicable) will be shipped as quickly as possible, but in no event later than three business days from acceptance of the warranty claim. This plan also covers all shipping charges. Service is restricted in certain areas. Extends the original exchange warranty to two years.
