Rebate Information: Purchase the Kodak i810/i820 Care Kit Three Year Extended Warranty with a Kodak i800 series scanner (base kit and enabler kit) and receive a rebate of $5,408 by mail. Care Kits or EMAs must be purchased with the scanner to be eligible for the rebate.
To Claim Rebate: Simply purchase the warranty and scanner from Super Warehouse and complete the online rebate request once you receive the monitor. The manufacturer requires that proof of purchase be faxed or mailed after completing the online request. Allow six to eight weeks for processing and delivery of rebate.
