Color Touch Screen
Increase end-user productivity with advanced copy functions. Customizable 8" color touch screen for easy to use, walk-up MFP functions. The integrated operator panel offers bold icons, an all-points-addressable display, “show me” graphics and text and ‘tell me more” selection. The integrated design provides simple copying and scanning.

Automatic Document Feeder and Flatbed
Use the ADF to scan jobs with letter and legal page sizes, simplex and duplex, using a variety of media weights and print at 600 dpi. Labels on the ADF make inserting up to 50 sheets in the ADF tray fast and easy. The flatbed provides additional flexibility for scanning or copying larger documents and books up to one inch (25 mm) thick.

Scanning
Scan double-sided copy documents both in black and in color; print in black. Implement copy and scan-to-network capabilities for almost any workgroup. Make quick copies or change the settings on the control panel to perform specific copying jobs. Scan documents and send them to the PC, an e-mail address, or an FTP destination.

Paper Capacity and Handling
Reduce end-user frustration with extensive input options to enable scalable solutions with reduced costs and increased productivity.

Print Quality
The Toner Darkness setting offers 10 user-selectable settings to balance print darkness and toner savings. The higher the setting, the darker the print. Within the range of print darkness settings, up to 50% toner savings can be realized from the factory default setting of 8.

Memory
All models have one slot for additional SDRAM memory. Memory options include 128 MB, 256 MB, and 512 MB with a total of 768 MB maximum memory. All models have two slots for flash memory and application solution features. One 32 MB or 64 MB flash memory option is supported.

Versatile Networking
Reduce installation costs by avoiding the expense of new Ethernet cabling and use the optional wireless capability to preserve architecture or work around areas that are difficult or impossible to cable. Equip administrators to monitor and manage network devices in an enterprise environment via a Web browser to maintain productivity and improve end-user satisfaction.

Security
Increase efficiency and productivity while strengthening document security. Use as a remote image capture device within bank branch locations. Send images electronically through the branch network secure infrastructure and help eliminate the need to copy and transport documents manually and help reduce the risk of documents being lost or destroyed.
