Warranty Length: One Year On Site Warranty
Details: IBM will provide Next Day On Site repair for your printer for a period of one year. If the printer proves to be defective during the warranty period and it cannot be resolved over the phone, IBM will send an authorized technican the next day between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M.
