The HP SupportPack Post Warranty Service is a one-year Onsite Next Day for HP printer customers whose warranty or support coverage (SupportPack or HP Contract) has expired. Post Warranty Service offers customers the same quality and support as the standard SupportPack offering for new HP printers and will use the same sales and entitlement processes as the existing SupportPack program.
