HP Jetdirect 510x Print Server for Fast Ethernet

The HP JetDirect 510X is a  simple, high speed solution for sharing devices on a network.  It is designed for businesses to connect up to three printers with a parallel port or connect supported HP All-in-one peripherals to a network in one location. This external print server provides competent printing performance through three high-speed bi-directional parallel ports. It includes an RJ-45 port for 10Base-T unshielded twisted pair cable and a BNC port for 10Base2 ThinLAN coaxial cable. The HP Web JetAdmin and JetAdmin software functions provide easy installation and operation, and the Internet Print Protocol supports high-level printing over the Internet. The JetDirect 510X supports major network OSs for Ethernet (10/100Base-TX, 10Base2) and Fast Ethernet networks. It supports TCP/IP HP-UX v10.x, 11.x;SunOS v4.1.3, 4.1.4,Sun Solaris v2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6; IBM AIX v3.2.5 and later, Microsoft Windows NT v3.51, 4.0, lpd-supported NOSs, MPE-iX 5.5, and IBM OS/2 Warp v3.0, 4.0. For IPX/SPX, it supports Novell NetWare v3.11, 3.12, 4.x; Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT. For DLC/LLC, it supports IBM OS/2 Warp v3.0, 4.0; Microsoft Windows NT v3.51, 4.0, and Artisoft LANtastic v7.0. For EtherTalk, it supports Apple EtherTalk (System 7).
