An HP Authorized Representative will arrive at your site to begin hardware maintenance service between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday, excluding HP holidays, during the next working day after a call is received. This applies to sites within one hundred miles of the HP Support Offices listed in the HP Support Office Guide. For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, an authorized HP Services representative arrives at your site the next day after your call has been logged and for which you have a contracted service window. HP Services returns your covered hardware to operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary. Your coverage includes all required parts and materials.
