Details: If HP receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any software, media, or consumable product which is covered by HP's warranty, HP shall deliver another product to customer to replace the defective one. If HP receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any hardware product which is covered by HP's warranty, HP shall either repair or replace the defective product, at HP's option. A replacement part, in return for a defective one and remote part installation assistance, if needed, may be provided to the customer, at HP's option.
