I purchased an HP Light Cyan 85 printhead for my poltter. When it arrived it did not fit into the printhead slot very well and the plotter indicated that there was a problem with the new printhead. I replaced the old one and the plotter worked, but the original printhead problem remained. I was referred to HP for warranty replacement. I have spoken to at least 10 different folks at HP including their executive customer support in Calif. They said I would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours. No call came. I called HP Calif. 4 times and was eventually sent back to the far east where I was sent to 2 different people that only could tell me to go to the HP web-site and log into customer support - the black hole. I would think very carefully about purchasing any HP product because their customer support does not exist other than to waste the customer's time and energy. HP support is the worst I have experienced anywhere.
