The only reason I gave one star is because I could not choose zero stars. This review is really for the superwarehouse.com, not the item. I never recieved the purchased item. Waited two months for it to arrive, while trying to work it out with the customer sevice. After multiple emails, the customer service did not provide me any resolution. This a third month of waiting and no items and superwarehouse does not want to refund me. I would never order from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. I am going to take further actions against the company to get my money back. Something that should never be a concern when you don't receive the item you PAY for.

I use my HP printer/scanner/copier on a regular basis and find the cartridges produce the color quality that is very natural. When cartridges begin to get low be sure to replace or color quality if off. I always keep an extra replacement cartridge on hand.
