This design allows the operator to adapt the scanner according to specific space requirements, and due to the scanner's extremely compact design it takes up very little office space. The Fujitsu fi 5650C is unique in offering two independent methods to detect and help avoid document double-feeds. Sophisticated ultrasonic double-feed detection technology, coupled with length sensors, allows users to prevent lost images and enables larger batches of mixed document types to be automatically scanned quickly and reliably. Either detection method can be used separately or combined to accommodate a wide variety of document environments.
