FCPA offers the No Excuses End User Replacement program that may be the easiest and most comprehensive in the industry. In the unlikely event of a product defect, FCPA will replace that product within two business days. U.S. resident end users who have originally purchased products covered under the limited warranty that are not for resale may be eligible to participate.
