Application Launch Panel
A truly versatile and convenient feature developed by Fujitsu. There are four buttons which allow you to easily launch applications with one easy touch or use as a media player control. For the one-touch application launcher, the buttons can be programmed to launch your email, Internet browser, and two other of your preferred applications. When switched to media playing control, the buttons allow you to play, pause/stop, fast forward or rewind audio tracks.
Crystal View Technology
Exceptional image quality with a large Crystal View display that is 40% brighter than a standard TFT screen. The display’s deep blacks and vibrant whites present an extremely rich visual experience. The large 15.4" wide XGA TFT display shows 30 percent more information than a conventional 15" wide XGA TFT display. This is particularly useful for viewing more rows and columns in spreadsheet applications. The wider screen is also great for playing DVD movies in wide-screen format.
Modular Bay
The modular bay offers flexibility to meet your needs. The modular bay can accommodate a DVD-ROM drive, DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive, Dual-Layer Multi-Format DVD Writer, or a modular bay battery. For mobile professionals who do not require a media drive while on the road, a weight saver can be placed in the bay to reduce the notebook weight.
Capabilities
The Fujitsu LifeBook C1410 provides more options for ports and connections than most notebooks. There's S-Video and VGA ports for video connections. You also have four USB 2.0 ports and multiple card slots for connections and expansion.
