If the product was purchased directly from Extreme Networks, please call your local Extreme TAC during normal business hours. When you call, please have the following information available:Product number (example, Summit 400), Serial number of the product (on the outside of the product, or can be viewed via the CLI) Complete description of the product failure. If the problem requires that the product be shipped back to Extreme Networks, ensure that you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, note this RMA number on the box, and ship the defective unit back to the appropriate Extreme Networks location.
