I use this product for my business. It is slower than a laserjet, but if you need carbon copies of invoices in colored paper, this is the way to go. It is durable and stable. If you read the instruction manual it is easy to operate. The only negative thing I can say is that you need to be careful when separating the invoices at the preforation, but I'm quite sure that is the case with all dot matrix printers.
