We ordered two sepearate orders of 6 ribbons. Out of the 12 we ordered, 4 were bad and the ribbons twisted and jammed in our printers causing print projects to be re-printed. We are returning 7 of the 12 as we were not going try any more ribbons at risk of having to reprint print projects.
