Summary

Eiconcard LAN Client / Server is a 32-bit software package that allows third-party communications programs, developed with the Eiconcard Development Suite Products, to share Eicon's WAN interface cards (Eiconcards) over a LAN. Eiconcard LAN Client / Server works with Eicon Networks' Gateway and Connections product lines that span Windows 2000, Windows NT and UNIX server platforms. Eiconcard LAN Client / Server supports OSI communications programs that work over a number of Eicon's X.25 application interfaces. This product allows the client to communicate with the server. On the LAN, Eiconcard LAN Client / Server supported X.25 application interfaces include Eiconcard Development Suite and X.3/X.28/X.29 PAD emulation. At the server end, you can run either Eiconcard Connections for Windows 2000, NT, and X.25 Connect for UNIX. The X.3/X.28/X.29 PAD emulation includes support for third-party communications programs running on Windows 95, 98, 2000 and NT client workstations.
