Once you get past the setup (but received great support on the phone that guided me through initial setup) it is a no brainer. Works great - use to stream Netflix. Added bonus is that it picks up unsecure emails that my antivirus misses! It has twice warned me of "bad" sites/emails before I opened and it is very accurate. Very happy with product and would recommend.
