The SMARTnet Onsite support product is based on Cisco's philosophy of moving beyond traditional business barriers to make all of Cisco's information, services, and support available to its customers on demand, deliver fast response and high customer satisfaction, improve user productivity, and significantly lower the cost of doing business.
