The Certance TapeStor DAT 240 is an internal automated tape backup solution. Based on DDS (DAT) format, it features up to 40GB of compressed capacity per cartridge and can hold up to six cartridges. It offers back up speeds of up to 330MB per minute and includes Yosemite Technologies TapeWare XE for Windows, Novell Netware and Linux. Tape media will no longer be sold with these devices, they must be purchased separately.
