We use the Canon color imageCLASS MF8380Dcw in a central location in our office. We had to call to find out what time zone number we are since it was not written in the set up book, this was a waste of our valuable time as we were on hold for several minutes and transfered to 2 people before we found someone who could answer us. We love how fast it scans to make copies but are disappointed in how slow the copies come out. We also are disappointed in how slow it comes out of sleep mode. We had to put sleep mode on the 240 minute mode so we only had to wait for it to come out of sleep mode once a day. With a variety of activity ranging from quite to very busy days and multipul users, we can't find a sleep mode time that will work for us so we can use sleep mode. Over all it is a great machine and we love it!
