The unit prints at 20 pages per minute monochrome and 18 pages per minute color. To achieve super low running costs, the unit comes with high-capacity ink tanks (black 130ml; each color 80ml), which also reduce user intervention. If you need high-quality prints, the N1000 can produce images up to 2400 dpi on stock as large as 13x19. This unit is perfect for all types of offices and locations.

One-inch Print Head
The N1000 is equipped with a wide one-inch print head that contains 4,480 nozzles (640 for black and 1280 for each color).
MicroFine Droplet Technology
Canon's new print head contains a high-precision ink-firing mechanism. By mounting a heater at the end of each nozzle, the print head is able to fire ink straight down, ensuring consistent and accurate dot placement even at extremely high speeds. This ink dispersement techique provides increased ink-head power, speed, and overall control of the printer.
